Friends,

Many thanks to those of you who joined us and helped celebrate Summers end at last Saturdays Carmina Soul, Finale event!!! It was a beautiful night, filled with the people we love, the music we live by, in the borough we call home; a true Brooklyn experience!!! These events were made possible due to the hard work of a dedicated and talented team of people, who I'd like to acknowledge for their involvement and contribution: Thank you Nathan and entire Old American Can Factory staff, Mike Steady, Amon, DJ OBaH, Wunmi, Daz-I-Kue, DJ Wiseacre, Edward Jahl, Wingspace Design, Rooftop Films, The Professionals Sound, Fusicology, Big Dave, Bear, Vissi Dance Theater, Mary Pryor, Amanda Adams-Louis, Grant, The FADER and our amazing bar staff. For this edition, the gang has invited Chris Annibell and his Afrokinetic crew for a session of revved-up Brazilian, Latin and (of course) Afro-inspired sounds. We were lucky enough to attend this event last year, and it was among the most happening parties of the Spiegeltent season."

Raindance NYC resident DJ Sid L'Vaga joins Annibell on the one's and two's, plus Isabel Pupo-Walker on percussion.
